Package Principles

All required libraries, icons, fonts, images, and scripts are local to the package. Pages use Bootstrap 5.3.8, Bootstrap Icons, plain CSS, and plain JavaScript. Sidebar groups are collapsible and component examples include copyable code snippets. The template avoids inline event handlers and documents backend-owned authentication and authorisation. Layouts include skip links, landmarks, labels, visible focus states, reduced-motion support, and theme persistence.
